Writing the Stories of Your Life
Sunday, March 30th, 2025 1-4 PM The Center, Bridgehampton, Long Island, NY
When Catharine H. Murray lost her six-year-old son to cancer, she thought that she would never recover. Fifteen years later, she inspires audiences with her story of healing through writing and offers a way through grief.
In Writing the Stories of Your Life, a three-hour writing workshop, Murray invites us to delve into our own losses, presenting take-home techniques for combining memory, stress, and story to develop engaging writing while cultivating the essential art of self-compassion. Participants will learn how to examine and write the challenges of the past to bring more intensity to their stories and more peace to their lives.
Register now to reserve your space. Enrollment limited. Tuition of $145 covers instruction, take-home materials and refreshments.
